- The Telomere Effect by Dr Elizabeth Black Burn, good to understand the mechanisms of cellular aging and it has some awesome evidence for meditations effect on the body.

I've been listening to the audio version of The Body Keeps the Score. It's a heavy read but so enlightening (both of my own experience and of my family's).
I am also re-reading for the third time, The Historian. Great modern "sequel" to Dracula. Not cheesy (*cough* Twilight *cough*), impeccably researched, and delightfully scary.
This is an instance for folks who follow The Liturgists Podcast, The Alien & The Robot, and other things The Liturgists create.
