The Story of My Life.
I’d love to hear your stories! Really, I mean for real...tell me your story. ❤️

@Daryn I found this, exactly, just last night in my home town. I hope you find it too. ❤️

I’ve been blogging about my deconstruction since Sept. Experienced the first scathing remarks from friends on Facebook last Sunday...and was able to respond kindly. ❤️🤐

“Faith is not a belief. Faith is what is left when your beliefs have all been blown to hell. Faith is in the heart, while beliefs are in the head.” - Ram Dass, Be Love Now

I came across this while looking for a different one, but thought it would be good to share with folks.

I heard in youth group as a kid that whatever emptiness I feel is a God sized hole I might be trying to fill with other things. What if it was a self-confidence hole I’ve been trying to fill with an imaginary friend?

My insides...the soul of me
Knows what my voice cannot speak...words are too trite
Why, then, this compulsion to express?
Must it get out somehow?
There is emotion that tears...only tears, relieve
Will I feel better to let it go?
Or better, I think, to let it grow
To effectuate this
Painful out-growing of my own too small-ness

My confidence is fragile. My sensitivity is strong. This moment is all I’m ever sure of.

Your light is seen, your heart is known, your soul is cherished by more people than you might imagine. If you knew how many others have been touched in wonderful ways by you, you would be astonished. If you knew how many people feel so much for you, you would be shocked. You are far more wonderful than you think. Rest with that. Rest easy with that. Breathe again. You’re doing fine. More than fine. Better than fine. You’re doing great. So relax & simply love those around you.

@danielmrose I want to thank this author for this “Coming Out” post and I want to read their blog! Who are you?
