I just decided to buy the largest size because you can always wear a belt.

@mike I’m buying us matching kilts to challenge gender norms and our to show our Scottish blood and I’m not taking no for an answer, but I need to know you’re waist size!

I've been working (intermittently) on this short film for about a year about doubt, it feels pretty safe, I've shared it with conservatives and they seem to be happy with it and I'm happy with it and I'm definitely not conservative. Lemme know what you think and share it with anyone you think it might be helpful to. youtube.com/watch?v=1jqNssxm5v

@Laura_I Hmm. I always thought I refused to do something someone said because of suspicion of manipulation because I was manipulated a lot by my family. I definitely think I feel strongly negative to a demand vs a request.

@Krismsheedy I'm telling myself its not weird that I'm replying to this a month after you wrote it. This hits really close to home when people tell you about their faith experiences but it seems they have no sympathy for the fact that you haven't yet felt the wounds of Christ. I dunno if that will ever even happen.

The grapevine never ceases to produce whispers, just as I expected people whom I have not told about my faith change have heard because of my marriage ending. Thanks to everyone here whose been supportive. @OpenMoose @craigscottroberts @Krismsheedy @rebekahcrabs @markjperkins @conrad @sound If my faith community decides they can't have someone spreading other ideas of God then at least I have you guys. 🤞 🤞

@MikeW I dunno why I find this idea to be delighting and I will do my best possibly tonight!

question about how mastodon works

@HellBuns I think I’ve learned a bit about humor, but I shit you not my jokes as a child sounded exactly like this.

I told my pastor that I'm not a theist tonight. I didn't think he would "toss me on the street corner" but its nice to know that I'm still loved. My marriage is still kind of hanging in the balance though... I am to the point where I just want to know where we stand so I can live life accordingly.

"As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has - or ever will have - something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression." - Fred Rogers

@kbitgood Tootdon, I’m not sure if it uses push notifications but I prefer them off 😆

@mike I’m sure you’ve heard of superfluids before but I just found out about them and I couldn’t take the chance that you already know to not tell you about them BECAUSE THEY PHASE THROUGH THEIR CONTAINERS.

My ultra conservative and gossipy aunt in law followed me on twitter, the only place (other than here) that I feel safe to share my views, so... I just deleted it.
