2020 Election / Brand Design

Man named Pete from South Bend, IN running for president in 2020 with killer branding. Check out those state-specific support logos. 😍 But do you think an openly-gay man, despite his credentials, has a chance to make it to the primary in this country? I am hopeful.

@drew I'm hopeful as well because Pete has impressed me more than any other candidate.

@drew He has my Canadian vote! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2020 Election / Brand Design

@drew personally, i have similar problems with mayor pete that i do with beto. mostly, i haven’t seen him nail down any real policies and the ones i have seen i think other candidates are better on. i don’t want to dump on anybody but i do think we can do better

2020 Election / Brand Design

@paul_e_m I haven't done enough digging on where Pete (or Beto, to be honest) stands on policy. His website is pretty light.

2020 Election / Brand Design

@drew that’s the issue for me, that his own website doesn’t list policies he wants to push for. from what digging i’ve done, both beto and pete are against single payer in favor of a public option for health care. i admit i don’t know much of their policy either but i do put pete above beto. mostly it just bothers me that a lot of democratic candidates’ platform is “have you seen the other guy?” which doesn’t make people want to vote for you over anybody else imo

2020 Election / Brand Design

@drew I really hope so. He's my favorite thus far. Then Bernie. The likelihood of the establishment allowing either to win is nill. They both speak openly about doing away with lobbying. Neither side wants that you know cause United we stand for the corporations of America.
