@andrewmurray86 the Spanish Socialist Worker’s Party has been in power for most of the last 40 years, not doing too shabby in the healthcare department.
I am sure diet and lifestyle has a big part of it but the point is made well, the difference is stark.
@joeld Our National Health Service (UK) is I think our greatest institution. Despite the awful shower of our recent politicians doing their best to weaken it. It is a beautiful thing to be able to take a loved one to a place where you know they will be looked after no questions asked. Worth every penny and I would happily pay more to have that peace of mind. We have a lot to thank Mr Bevan for.
