I was appropriately writing this poem to struggle with the concept of God when the latest episode came out.

@DStre
"God is speaking in and through distinctions"
"God is dissolving boundaries"

Getting to the heart of trinitarian reality.

I wrote down what Richard Rohr said in the podcast to contemplate:
"God is communion itself. Trinity. The very shape of unity is diversity. Divine unity is diversity overcome and entered into.

@DStre

Also "God is" throughout your poem is both active and passive in my mind.

God is (in essence) speaking in and through distinction

and

God is (in action) speaking in and through distinction

@melissam Thanks for the response! God in essence and in action/ embodied is exactly what I was thinking about. I also heard Richard Rohr recently say something like, "God is a verb," but I didn't want to just steal that line.
