@gabi I don’t have an official diagnosis, but I have a lot of symptoms similar to bipolar.
It was helpful when I had roommates to have a written plan of action we agreed on in a more stable mental state. Means you can pull a “hey you told me to tell you this” card and makes you both feel less guilt in the moment.
Having checks like “I noticed this symptom is getting worse how are other things?” I hated to bring up when I felt “bad” so having someone bring it up to me opened a door.
@winter ok!! that's a really helpful suggestion. I know from my own anxiety that asking for help when you're feeling bad feels worse than pulling teeth, so that makes a lot of sense. Thanks!!
